Hello Mr. Eberle,
I’m an undergraduate student at UPenn reaching out to you on behalf of the Penn Educational Studies Program (PennESP). One of the programs PennESP will be holding this Fall is Splash at Penn!. This might be of interest for some of the students at Sayre High School.
Splash is a day-long extravaganza of classes at the University of Pennsylvania, where middle and high school students are invited to learn about everything and anything through classes taught by passionate university students. Splash currently runs at MIT, Stanford University, the University of Chicago, Duke University, Yale University, Boston College, and many more!
Check out our website to see what we are all about: https://pennesp.learningu.org/Here is our course catalog with all the fun courses students can take!: https://pennesp.learningu.org/learn/Splash/2019_Fall/catalog
Penn has held two Splash events in the past. This year, Penn’s Splash will be on Saturday November 23rd on our campus, and we’re hoping to expand the program to a larger number of students. We are trying to reach out to as many high schools in the Philadelphia area as we can to recruit students for this event. Could we send you a pdf flyer to distribute to your students?
Thank you and hope to hear back soon,Penn Educational Studies Program Executive Board
