Tech Support, Chromebook Pick-up, and Repairs/Troubleshooting

Parent & Family Technology Support Hotline

Parents/guardians who do not already have access to a computer at home, and have not previously received one during their school’s distribution dates, to receive a loaned Chromebook or who need Chromebook repairs at the following locations:

Education Center, School District of Philadelphia

440 N. Broad Street, 1st Floor Lobby, Philadelphia, PA 19130

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, excluding holidays


Fitzpatrick Annex Building  (rear of Fitzpatrick Elementary School)

Martin Luther King High School

9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, excluding holidays

High School students should bring their official School District ID badge. These locations will also be available for parents and students to drop off District-issued Chromebook computers in need of repair or service.

Social distancing practices will be strictly adhered to by all School District technology staff and parents/guardians will be asked to maintain a minimum distance of six feet between others if waiting in line for pickup or repair service.
