My name is Patrick; I am the Manager of our Hello Fresh office here in the Philly area. I’m reaching out to see if you’d be interested in us hosting a lunch and learn for your teachers!

In the past, we have set up on a weekday around lunchtime or break time with sandwiches and cookies or snacks in the teacher’s lounge. As your faculty and staff take their lunch breaks they can come to talk to us about HelloFresh and how it would work for them. Even if they aren’t interested in us, that’s totally fine- they can enjoy some free lunch on us either way!

If you’re unfamiliar with Hello Fresh in general, we’re a meal kit delivery service that delivers pre-portioned ingredients and recipes to make a healthy, well-balanced meal a few nights out of the week. We also offer more diet-specific plans with our sister company GreenChef, so there is something to meet everyone’s needs, including paleo, keto, Gluten-Free, and vegan diets. We see HelloFresh as the perfect opportunity for partnering up when it comes to an active lifestyle because we’re all about taking away the obstacles to healthy (but delicious!) home cooking.

We set up a deconstructed meal-kit showing what it would look like to have a HelloFresh box delivered to the door and some example cards of our upcoming/past recipes. We want to provide information about HelloFresh, as well as answer any questions your staff may have. Our brand ambassadors will offer the best start-up discount for those who are interested in trying us out. We keep things laid back though and the event is free for you and for them to enjoy!
